A large number of physicians across the country are looking to expand their clinical practice to offer clinical research services to their patients and communities. As of January 2024, there are over 20,400 active and enrolling clinical trials in the U.S.  The sheer number of clinical trials to sift through and the administrative oversight required to run trials at a site can prevent motivated physicians from participating and their patients from reaping the benefits of clinical research.
